More than 30,000 distribution points (including 1000+ Total stations) called TouchPoint use our platform, and more than 800 corporate customers have integrated our solutions.

DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE

The digital strategy manager’s mission is to develop and deploy the company’s multichannel strategy within the Marketing, Product and Communication Department. He/she designs with his/her internal/external teams new digital products and services and thus aims to maximize the points of contact between the user and the brand.

 

Main activities

Implementation of a strategic watch Analyse the positioning of products and services on the Web and on digital markets. Understand and evaluate current trends and dynamics, new user needs, including links with social networks, to develop innovation. Analyze the coherence of the company’s digital strategy Qualify the impact of new trends on existing or developing products and services. Design of a digital marketing strategy for companies and subsidiaries From the analyses, define axes of “value creation”. Design concepts related to digital offers or interactive services. Design recurring offers according to seasonally standardized approaches. Translate concepts into innovative products and services, also considering technical, financial and legal constraints. Define the positioning and branding strategy of the site(s) with the social media manager and traffic optimization strategy Define priorities in terms of business and brand development and validate communication campaigns related to the digital activity. Define and implement the community strategy on the main social networks with the social media manager Launch of new services Prepare web partnerships. Supervise the digital marketing and phoning teams in charge of project management. Define and manage the digital marketing budget Prepare for online launch events for new products and services. Plan and coordinate with the sales department the different phases of implementation of products and/or services. Follow-up of digital marketing operations Track digital marketing budgets Monitor the impact of marketing actions (by measuring the effectiveness of campaigns). Design corrective actions with product managers. Make the reporting (quantitative and qualitative). Analyze the ROI (return on investment). Management and animation of teams Explain and defend projects internally Plan and coordinate the various projects, Sensitize teams to listen to and detect customer needs, Ensure reporting to the departments concerned (General Management, Finance Department, …).

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Technical skills

Very good knowledge of his company, his strategy, his organization Excellent knowledge of the sociology of communities on the Web: socio-cultural environment of members (language, social codes, jargon…) Knowledge of sociology (especially on the behavior of Internet users) Mastery of monitoring techniques (including e-reputation) and research to provide information, detect new trends Ability to create partnerships and online events to launch new products and services Knowledge of web marketing techniques (content strategies, search marketing, affiliation, viral marketing, mobile marketing, etc.), traffic acquisition and audience measurement tools Mastery of strategic marketing techniques (strategic analysis, market segmentation, positioning, targeting, etc.) Good knowledge of competitors and potential partners (which means having an excellent network) Fluency in English, and possibly other languages (in case of foreign company or strongly established in non-French or non-English speaking countries)
