INTOUCH PRESENTATION

Created in 2014, InTouch is a fintech aggregator of digital and payment services. We are based in Senegal with subsidiaries in 13 African countries: Ivory Coast, Mali, Cameroon, Guinea, Kenya, Nigeria, Tanzania, Uganda, Burkina Faso, Mozambique, South Africa, Egypt and Morocco. More than 30,000 distribution points (including 1000+ Total stations) called TouchPoint use our platform, and more than 800 corporate customers have integrated our solutions.

DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE

Reporting to the CEO/CCO and as a Hub Manager of Kenya, the job holder contributes to build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships in Kenya, Uganda et Tanzania. He/she will specially : 1. Develop the local market for Touch; 2. Acquire structured networks and ensuring the sales of Touch’s products in those networks; 3. Build business cases to support the implementation of each service; 4. Acquire new segments of businesses for Touch; 5. Develop innovative and growth strategy processes for business development for Touch; 6. Represent the company vision and values; 7. Develop activities to strengthen business relationships with partners; 8. Actively participate in all business events of Touch Kenya at all pilot stages and full roll-out; 9. Build high-level presentations for each partner before their launch in the Touch network; 10. Develop teamwork spirit and work well with others departments so as to achieve organizations business goals; 11. Marketing research and research on the business opportunities and viable income streams; 12. Report writing and business proposal writing; 13. Business Development projections; 14. Negotiate with stakeholders; 15. Progress reports on the acquired customers and business progress; 16. generate relevant monthly reports that pertain the business development department as a whole; 17. Identify and map business strengths and customer needs; 18. Manage Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania staff.

JOB REQUIREMENTS • Higher education in business, marketing or engineering (Master or Post-Graduate Degree) • At least 10 years of working experience • High-level communication skills • Stakeholder management skills • Proven ability to negotiate • Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy • Conflict resolution • The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team • Experience working to and exceeding targets SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES • Good knowledge of financial services and/or bank and Fintech industry • Good knowledge of distribution networks • Socially adept • Good with numbers • Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines • Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations • Attention to detail • Excellent time management and organization • Team player • French as a plus • CRM as a plus • Entrepreunarial as a plus
